How It Works...
Step 1
My process starts with an introduction and our initial consultation. We discuss your goals and I gather all of the relevant information needed for the application. I answer all of your questions and advise you of what documentation to collect. Once your documentation has been reviewed, you will be pre-qualified to buy a home.
Step 2
Once you find the right home, I immediately get to work so I can present you with the best mortgage options for your situation. I then submit and receive your mortgage approval in a timely manner. I will guide you through the entire process, from accepted contract all the way to the conveyancing and closing of your mortgage.
Step 3
We go over how to take advantage of the features of your mortgage so that you can pay less interest and become mortgage free sooner. We don’t stop there, I also help you with annual mortgage reviews to ensure everything is exactly how you want it to be, I can even help you make changes. The best part, I do all of this for free.
